Terms of Service

The following Terms of Service (“TOS,” “Terms” or “Agreement”) apply to your use of our website and all services, features and/or content provided by moinmalik.store (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing one or more services from moinmalik.store, you declare that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this TOS.

Customer Agreement

The TOS apply to all services provided by moinmalik.store throughout the entire term or renewal term. All customers must agree to the terms and conditions prior to signing up. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access if accounts are misused.

Content Restrictions

All services must be used for lawful purposes. Prohibited content includes:

Bandwidth & Account

Bandwidth: Accounts exceeding limits may be suspended until upgraded or the limit is addressed.

Verification: Customers failing account verification are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Backup & VPS Policy

VPS: Support will not handle DNS or mail configuration for plain VPS without a control panel.

Data Responsibility:

Users are responsible for backing up their content. Paid backup services include daily DB and weekly site backups (Media/Emails excluded unless specified).

Uptime & Unlimited Hosting

Unlimited hosting applies to shared/reseller accounts only. Mailboxes are capped at 5GB each. Scheduled maintenance is excluded from uptime guarantees.

Billing & Refunds

Credit/Debit card activations are immediate. Refunds apply to first-time signups within 30 days but exclude domains, licenses, taxes, and transaction fees.

Account Termination

Accounts may be terminated for failure to renew (after 14 days), TOS violations, fraud detection, or unresolved disputes. All files are deleted upon termination; please maintain external backups.
